Türkiye's personal health record system, run by the Ministry of Health. It opens the records sent by health facilities to the person, their physicians and people they authorize; people can add their own readings, such as blood pressure or blood sugar, and use security settings to limit who sees their data. Login is through e-Devlet or with a temporary password from the family physician. Under the personal health data regulation, staff may access data only as far as the care they give requires.
