Topic: Management

Integrating the best current research evidence with clinical expertise and the client's values and preferences in clinical decisions. The process is to ask a clinical question (e.g., in PICO format), search for evidence, appraise it critically, apply it and evaluate the outcome. Systematic reviews and randomized controlled trials sit near the top of the evidence hierarchy.
