A real-time, client-centered digital record that makes health information available instantly and securely to authorized members of the care team. In Türkiye, health facilities send their records to the Ministry of Health's central health data system, which people can view in e-Nabiz. Every EHR entry is a legal document: record only what you assessed or did, objectively and on time, and never share your login.
