1. Who these guidelines apply to

These guidelines apply to everything you publish to other students in Finito Nursing: shared sets and their cards, reviews and comments on shared sets, the author name you choose, and glossary drafts you share. They add to our Terms of Use. The community is run by Forvibe LLC.

Only accounts with a linked email, Apple or Google sign-in can share sets or write reviews; guest accounts can browse, import and report.

2. What is not allowed

  • Patient information. No names, initials with details, ID, record or room numbers, dates of birth, photos of records or anything else that could identify a real patient. This applies even to cases from your clinical placement.
  • Other people's personal data. No phone numbers, addresses, emails or details about classmates, instructors or staff.
  • Dangerous or misleading clinical content. Do not publish content you know is wrong, or advice meant to be used on real patients outside supervised practice.
  • Hate, harassment and threats. No content that attacks people for who they are, bullies or threatens anyone.
  • Sexual, violent or shocking content that has no educational purpose.
  • Spam and promotion. No ads, referral links, repeated duplicates or sets made to game the community.
  • Copyright infringement. Do not share textbook pages, question banks, exam items or lecture material you do not have the right to share.
  • Cheating. No live exam questions or material meant to be used during an exam.
  • Impersonation. Do not pretend to be another person, a school or Finito.

3. What good content looks like

  • Accurate, clear cards that teach one idea at a time.
  • A title, course and description that tell other students what they are getting.
  • Facts checked against your course materials or trusted references. If a set was made with AI, it is labeled as AI-generated; review it before sharing.
  • Reviews that are honest and specific about what helped and what was wrong.

4. Reporting content

You can report a shared set, a review or a glossary draft from its menu in the app. You can also report official content, AI answers, quiz questions, case studies, checklists and calculations that look wrong. Choose a reason: incorrect, offensive, spam, personal information, copyright or other, and add a short note if it helps.

  • Content you report is hidden from you right away.
  • Before a report is stored, personal data in your note is removed.
  • You can file up to 30 reports a day.

5. Blocking someone

You can block the author of a shared set or review from its menu. Their shared sets and reviews are then hidden from you. The author is not told. You can see and undo your blocks in Settings under "Blocked users".

6. How we respond

  • Before publishing: every shared set, review and glossary draft is checked automatically for personal data and by an automated moderation service. Content that fails is not published, and the app tells you it could not be shared.
  • After reports: community content is hidden automatically when enough separate accounts report it. A shared set is hidden after two or three reports from signed-in accounts (two if it is AI-generated), a review after three, and a glossary draft after one. Official content is never hidden automatically; we review it.
  • Our review: we look at reported content and either restore it, remove it, correct it or dismiss the report.
  • Repeated or serious breaches: we may remove all shared content of an account and limit or end its access, as our Terms allow.

7. Appeals

If you think your content was hidden or removed by mistake, email support@finitonursing.com from the address on your account with the set or review title. We will look at it again and tell you the result.

8. Removing your own content

You can stop sharing or delete a set you shared at any time; it leaves the community. Students who already imported it keep their own copy. You can delete your review of a set. Deleting your account removes all your shared sets and reviews; see Delete your account.

9. Changes to these guidelines

We may update these guidelines as the community grows. The date at the top shows the latest version.
