Chi-square test

Topic: Management

A test of whether two categorical variables are associated, comparing the observed counts in a table with the counts expected if there were no association, for example whether pressure injuries (yes or no) differ between two mattress types. It works with counts, not means. When the expected counts are very small, Fisher's exact test is used instead.

Also known as:
χ² test, Fisher's exact test
In Turkish:
Ki-kare testi
