t-test
Topic: Management
A parametric test that compares two means of roughly normally distributed numerical data. The independent t-test compares two separate groups and the paired t-test two measurements in the same people (before and after); analysis of variance (ANOVA) is used for three or more groups. If the data are skewed or ordinal, non-parametric tests such as Mann–Whitney U, Wilcoxon or Kruskal–Wallis are chosen.
